Kuparisaari Training Series Session 1- Live online!

Attend the Kuparisaari Training Series - Session 1 in person or online!

The event will be held on Thursday January 7th at the Portage Hospital (Hancock Campus) from 6:30 to 7:45 pm.  USAT coaches Rick Vendlinski and Chris Schwartz will be presenting "Introduction to Triathlon" and "Periodizing Your Training for Maximum Results", and organizers of the Kuparisaari Triathlon (the Keweenaw's first half-iron distance triathlon) will be providing information on this summer's race.

To attend the session online please send an email to ravendli@NorthwoodsEndurance.com requesting an invitation.  Prior to Thursday's session you will receive an email invitation.  After you click on the "Enter class" link in the email invitation you will be directed to WiZiQ.com where you will be asked to create an account, or sign in if you already have an account.  To create the account you need to provide your name, a valid email address and a password of your choosing.  When that is done you can click on the button to "Launch Class".  The class is presented through your web browser and either Microsoft Internet Explorer or Firefox will work.  You'll need speakers or a headset to hear audio and you should be able to see the powerpoint slides and webcam video on your computer screen.  You'll be able to submit questions via the chat box if you like.

In the case of unforseen technical difficulties the live session will commence as scheduled and we will email the presentation slides in PDF format to those who asked for online invitations.

Happy New Year!
